Easy selection for my requirement. Automates regular switches. Service is very good, quick response. Works as expected. Connects with Alexa.

I am using Homemate touch switches for more than a year and they work great and build quality is also good. Based on that i bought this product but i feel i am cheated. Though this product was easy to install and use through alexa, the plastic used to build is very poor, the output wires are ultra slim. Since this is placed inside the switch box, get heated and doesnt support one single led light for one output and stopped workong exactly within 2 weeks. Whats more scarier is when we opened switch box to check, noticed the switch box has melted little bit in such a way that output cables of this device is struck to the melted plastic casing of this device (pics included for reference). I do not recommend this device unless you are expecting or willing to face a electrical accident. Ended up returning the faulty product for refund. Also i use homemate touch switch for almost a year but i dont see any updates or bug fix software being pushed for the devices to get updated which puts me in dilemma situation either about security of this brand products.

Good product, easy to install and connect. Been using it for 3 months now and apart from a couple of time where the module had to be added again, it works well in general. Prompt in commands with no visible lag. Depth could have been a bit more compact.
