I have used maharisha triphala tablets for a year.After coming to know this brand I thought to give it a try, but to my surprise this works far better than any triphala tablets in the market.I have purchased more than 3 bottles till now,one bottle comes for a month. If you’re super contipated then this wil work on regular basis .coming to the taste part it is bitter but thats not an issue when u drink regularly you wil get adapt to the taste
