The product is not vegan. The whey protein comes from milk.
The peanut cocoa bar contains peanuts and is made in a facility which also process nuts (pine nuts, tree nuts, sesame). Hence, please avoid the bar if you have nuts allergy.

The flavours are decent except the Coffee one, that tastes awful (for me atleast, keep in mind that I drink black coffee so it’s not that I can’t take the bitterness or flavour of coffee). Other than that the bars were a bit dry but overall decent for a healthy product. Will buy again (except the coffee one).

In comparison, I also bought bars from Phab and Yogafoods. The ones from Phab are filled with artificial ingredients that gave me a tummy ache. The one from Yogafoods are like mini bricks that gave me a toothache.
Guys the Whole Truth ones cost a bit more but it’s so worth it. If you’re buying protein bars to be healthier, the just invest a little more to get these ones.
